Description

Over the past decade, the Angel Catcher Journal has helped thousands find meaningful ways to overcome the despair of losing a lovedĀ one.

Authors and activists Kathy Eldon and her daughter Amy devised this journal of remembrance and grieving after Kathy'sĀ son Dan died tragically in 1993.Ā This revised and updated edition, designed to help those who've lost a loved one to cherish their memories and move forward, features a series of guided journal pages as well as a collection of evocative paintings.

ā€œIt'sĀ been almost six months since my dad died, and IĀ feel like everyone has moved on except me. His death has really taken it'sĀ toll on me, IĀ cry at the drop of a hat these days, IĀ find myself struggling to make it through the day,and IĀ feel a depression that IĀ just can't shake. IĀ feel alone in my grief, and that is compounded by the people around me telling me that IĀ should "be over itā€ by now. IĀ feel that IĀ haven't even touched my pain yet. IĀ saw this book at the bookstore and couldn't put it down. IĀ read the introduction and started crying right there in the bookstore. The book explained in the Introduction what IĀ was feeling but couldn't put into words. It is helping me cope with the death of the man IĀ thought was immortal. IĀ bought copies for everyone in my family." Erin (user review)
